NEAR LATITUDE 21.5 NORTH...LONGITUDE 75.6 WEST OR ABOUT 150
MILES...240 KM...EAST OF CAMAGUEY CUBA.

THE DEPRESSION OR THE REMNANT LOW IS EXPECTED TO MOVE TOWARD THE
WEST NEAR 13 MPH TODAY.
