DEBBY IS LOOKING RATHER ELONGATED THIS AFTERNOON...AND CONTINUES TO
GENERATE LIMITED AND INTERMITTENT BURSTS OF CONVECTION TO THE
NORTH OF THE CENTER. INITIAL MOTION IS ESTIMATED AT 010/15. DEBBY
IS EXPECTED TO INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED AND TURN TO THE
NORTH-NORTHEAST AS IT COMPLETES EXTRATROPICAL TRANSITION.

BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF PERSISTENT ORGANIZED CONVECTION...DEBBY IS NO
LONGER A TROPICAL CYCLONE. THIS WILL BE THE LAST ADVISORY ISSUED
