ISAAC IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST NEAR 41 MPH...67 KM/HR...
AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT 24
HOURS. ON THIS TRACK THE CENTER WILL PASS NEAR OR OVER
