GABRIELLE IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 12 MPH...19 KM/HR...AND
A TURN TOWARD THE NORTHEAST IS EXPECTED TONIGHT. ON THIS TRACK...
THE CENTER OF GABRIELLE WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS EXTREME
