KM...EAST-SOUTHEAST OF WEST PALM BEACH FLORIDA.

NOEL IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST NEAR 14 MPH...22 KM/HR.
AN INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
