NORTHERN COAST OF HISPANIOLA FROM CABO ENGANO IN THE DOMINICAN
REPUBLIC TO LE MOLE ST. NICHOLAS HAITI.

A TROPICAL STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE SOUTHERN COAST OF
