HANNA IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 8 MPH...13 KM/HR.
A WEST TO WEST-NORTHWESTWARD MOTION IS EXPECTED WITH A GRADUAL
DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. ON THE
