DOMINICAN REPUBLIC BORDER AND PORT-AU-PRINCE WESTWARD TO A TROPICAL
STORM WARNING AND A HURRICANE WATCH.

HAS CHANGED THE TROPICAL STORM WATCH FOR THE SOUTH COAST OF THE
