EASTWARD TO DESTIN FLORIDA...AND A TROPICAL STORM WATCH IS IN
EFFECT EAST OF DESTIN TO INDIAN PASS FLORIDA.

AT 2 AM CDT...0700Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM CINDY WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 29.7 NORTH...LONGITUDE 90.0 WEST OR ABOUT
20 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF NEW ORLEANS LOUISIANA.

CINDY IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST NEAR 13 MPH. A GRADUAL
TURN TO THE NORTHEAST IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 12 TO 24 HOURS.
ON THIS TRACK...THE CENTER WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE INLAND OVER
LOUISIANA AND MISSISSIPPI.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO 65 MPH...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS. A GRADUAL WEAKENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.

TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 105 MILES FROM THE
CENTER.
