DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 17 MPH...28
KM/HR. THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE AS THE CENTER
MOVES INLAND OVER THE NORTHERN GULF COAST BETWEEN SOUTHEAST
LOUISIANA AND ALABAMA TONIGHT.
