TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 30 MPH...48 KM/HR...AND A TURN TO THE
NORTH-NORTHEAST IS EXPECTED LATER TODAY FOLLOWED BY A TURN TOWARD
THE NORTH ON WEDNESDAY. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF THE
CYCLONE WILL MOVE NEAR THE SOUTHEASTERN TIP OF NEWFOUNDLAND LATER
TODAY.
