LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 17.6 NORTH...LONGITUDE 40.6 WEST OR ABOUT
1090 MILES...1755 KM...WEST-NORTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERNMOST CAPE
VERDE ISLANDS.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 20 MPH
