ENCOUNTERED STRONGER WINDS THAN PREVIOUSLY FORECAST. THE INITIAL
INTENSITY HAS BEEN SET TO 85 KNOTS AND THE INTENSITY FORECAST HAS
BEEN ADJUSTED UPWARD. THERE IS NO CHANGE IN THE TRACK FORECAST.
