DEPRESSION TEN WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 15.0 NORTH... LONGITUDE
45.5 WEST OR ABOUT 1090 MILES...1755 KM... EAST OF THE LEEWARD
ISLANDS.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 9 MPH...
