PANHANDLE AND NORTHWEST FLORIDA FROM THE ALABAMA/FLORIDA BORDER
EASTWARD TO THE MOUTH OF THE SUWANNEE RIVER.

AT 4 AM CDT...0900Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM BONNIE WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 28.4 NORTH... LONGITUDE 87.5 WEST OR ABOUT
175 MILES... 285 KM... WEST-SOUTHWEST OF APALACHICOLA FLORIDA.

BONNIE IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 16 MPH...26 KM/HR...
AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE WITH AN INCREASE IN
FORWARD SPEED DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS. ON THE FORECAST
