WITH AN INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED TONIGHT. ON THE
FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF KATIA WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE BETWEEN
THE EAST COAST OF THE UNITED STATES AND BERMUDA THROUGH TODAY.
