EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE NEXT DAY OR SO...WITH A TURN TO THE
WEST AT A FASTER FORWARD SPEED EXPECTED BY SUNDAY.

4 TO 6 INCHES WITH ISOLATED MAXIMUM AMOUNTS OF 12 INCHES OVER THE
MEXICAN STATES OF CAMPECHE AND TABASCO...AND OVER SOUTHERN VERACRUZ.
