295 MILES... 470 KM... EAST-SOUTHEAST OF BERMUDA.

PHILIPPE IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 18 MPH
...30 KM/HR. THIS GENERAL MOTION WITH A GRADUAL DECREASE IN FORWARD
SPEED IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS. HOWEVER... IF PHILIPPE
