SOUTHEAST U.S. COAST FROM COCOA BEACH FLORIDA NORTHWARD TO THE
SOUTH SANTEE RIVER SOUTH CAROLINA...INCLUDING LAKE OKEECHOBEE. A
TROPICAL STORM WARNING AND A HURRICANE WATCH ARE ALSO ISSUED FROM
NORTH OF THE SOUTH SANTEE RIVER TO CAPE LOOKOUT NORTH CAROLINA.
