THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 20 MPH
...32 KM/HR...AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE WITH A
DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS. THIS MOTION
