REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR GRENADA AND ITS DEPENDENCIES...THE
GRENADINES...ST.VINCENT...AND ST. LUCIA. INTERESTS AROUND THE
EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA SHOULD CLOSELY MONITOR THE PROGRESS OF EARL.
