MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 14 MPH...22 KM/H...AND THIS MOTION IS
EXPECTED TO CONTINUE OVERNIGHT AND FRIDAY UNTIL THE CYCLONE
DISSIPATES.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 40 MPH...65 KM/H...
WITH HIGHER GUSTS. ADDITIONAL WEAKENING IS FORECAST...AND ERNESTO
