THE GLOBAL AND REGIONAL MODELS INDICATE THAT THIS SYSTEM HAS BECOME COLD CORE...OR NO LONGER TROPICAL IN NATURE...ACCORDING TO THE FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY CYCLONE PHASE ANALYSIS.
