AT 5 AM AST...0900Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM DELTA WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 23.7 NORTH...LONGITUDE 39.3 WEST OR ABOUT
1225 MILES...1975 KM...SOUTHWEST OF THE AZORES.

DELTA IS MOVING TOWARD THE SOUTHWEST NEAR 3 MPH... 6 KM/HR.
STEERING CURRENTS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN WEAK DURING THE NEXT 24
