DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 9 MPH...15 KM/H.
A TURN TOWARD THE WEST WITH A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED
TODAY AND THURSDAY. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER WILL REACH
THE COAST IN THE STATE OF VERACRUZ THURSDAY MORNING

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MPH...55 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
