LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 31.2 NORTH...LONGITUDE 78.4 WEST OR ABOUT
145 MILES... 235 KM...SOUTHEAST OF CHARLESTON SOUTH CAROLINA.

THE DEPRESSION IS STATIONARY. A WEST TO WEST-NORTHWEST DRIFT IS
