MASSACHUSETTS FROM WOODS HOLE TO PLYMOUTH INCLUDING MARTHAS
VINEYARD AND NANTUCKET.

AT 5 PM AST...2100Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM HERMINE WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 38.4 NORTH...LONGITUDE 71.3 WEST OR ABOUT
210 MILES... 340 KM...SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF NANTUCKET MASSACHUSETTS.

HERMINE IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 21 MPH...33 KM/HR...AND TURN
TOWARD THE NORTHEAST IS EXPECTED IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 50 MPH... 85 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS. SOME WEAKENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS AS THE
