MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 12 MPH...19 KM/H. AN INCREASE IN
FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED LATER TODAY...FOLLOWED BY A TURN TOWARD
THE NORTHEAST WITH A FURTHER INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED ON SUNDAY.
ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF FAY IS EXPECTED TO PASS
JUST TO THE SOUTHEAST AND EAST OF BERMUDA LATE TODAY AND EARLY
SUNDAY. AN AIR FORCE RESERVE RECONNAISSANCE AIRCRAFT IS CURRENTLY
