TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AND AN INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED ARE EXPECTED
LATER THIS MORNING...FOLLOWED BY A TURN TOWARD THE EAST-NORTHEAST
AND A FURTHER INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED BY TONIGHT. ON THE FORECAST
