ALSO...THE HURRICANE WARNING FROM THE MOUTH OF THE PEARL RIVER TO GRAND ISLE HAS BEEN DOWNGRADED TO A TROPICAL STORM WARNING. IVAN IS MOVING SLIGHTLY EAST OF DUE NORTH NEAR 14 MPH AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 115 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS.
