UPPER LEVEL RIDGING CENTERED OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS WILL SHUNT MOISTURE TO THE SOUTH OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS. THE UPPER LEVEL RIDGE WILL BRING VERY WARM TEMPERATURES AND DRY CONDITIONS TO SOUTHEAST TEXAS THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK. PW VALUES NEVER INCREASE MUCH HIGHER THAN 1.60 INCHES THIS WEEK SO FEEL RAIN CHANCES WILL REMAIN QUITE LOW.
