AND A TROPICAL DEPRESSION OR A TROPICAL STORM MAY BE FORMING. THE SYSTEM IS MOVING SLOWLY WESTWARD AT 7 MPH...BUT A GRADUAL TURN TO THE WEST-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR LATER TODAY.
